Whether dealing with an individual piece of equipment or an entire facility, we have the capability to provide you with an outlet to best serve your needs.
At the present time our Personal Property Division is engaged by a majority of banking institutions, law firms, court appointed trustees and receivers, private individuals and corporations covering all of New England and beyond, to handle their appraisal and auction needs, whatever they may be.
The most common auctions are held on behalf of Estates, Bankruptcies, Secured lenders or individuals and corporations that may be terminating an entire company or a division within a larger company.
Appraisals are performed for a variety of reasons including asset based lending, tax needs, depreciation schedules and buyout or purchase needs. Our staff members have various accreditations and are certified by the ASA (American Society of Appraisers), the ISA (International Society of Appraisers) and the AMI GPPA (Auction Marketing Institute Graduate of Personal Property Appraiser).
Our 200+ combined years of experience have afforded us the opportunity to work and gain experience in virtually every industry on the planet, thus allowing us to handle all of your needs on an "in-house" manner.
Because we approach each case on an individual basis, we have the ability to handle not only any job but all the situations that may arise during the auction process, be it large or small. When needed, we will make arrangements to have a locksmith, plumber, electrician, mechanic, police detail, snow-plowing, security and catering services available.
We handle all aspects of advertising, from local newspapers, direct mailers and color brochures to International target specific periodicals. We also utilize our corporate website for advertising which attracts worldwide exposure and generates thousands of hits each week.
We have a 16,000 SF secure warehouse/corporate office facility, which can provide you, as a client, a storage area that would allow us to conduct auction sales on our premises at your convenience. We also currently run "E"-Warehouse sales from this facility for those with individual pieces of equipment or various inventory to sell.
