Secured Party Sale
The Secured Party reserves the right to sell its right, title & interest in a limited number of City of Chicago Taxi Medallions at a fixed purchase price of $7,500.00 each. Buyers are to show up at The Westin O'Hare Hotel between the hours of 11 AM - 1 PM Central Time to sign the required sale documentation and pay the required deposit. A copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement will be available soon. Please check back for updates.
THE PURCHASE OF EACH MEDALLION WILL REQUIRE A $2,000.00 DEPOSIT IN EITHER CERTIFIED FUNDS OR CASH. ***CERTIFIED CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO PAUL SAPERSTEIN CO. ***
All Medallions are being sold free and clear of all liens.
Note: Only qualified buyers who present the required deposit will be permitted in the function room.
Terms: A deposit of $2,000.00 in cash or certified funds only will be accepted at the time of sale.
