Terms: Cash, Certified check, Wire ($20 wire fee), Personal Check (with bank letter of guarantee), and Credit Card payments accepted. 6.25 MA State Sales Tax on Applicable Purchases. 18% Buyer Premium with a 3% Buyer Premium discount for all cash, wire and certified payments.

ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, HOW-IS WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.

Inspection: Tuesday December 1, 2020, 10AM - 4PM and Wednesday December 2, 2020, 12 Noon - 8 PM.

Removal: Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 9AM - 3PM
Monday, December 7, 2020 from 9AM - 4PM and
Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 9AM - 4PM

Social distancing and masks will be required during inspection and pickup & removal. Crowd size will be limited inside at any one time and you may be required to wait for entry.
