TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms: All Payments will be made out in the name of Paul E. Saperstein Co., Inc. A Buyer Premium of 18% on all purchases. Payment by cash, wire transfer, certified funds, business or personal check accompanied by bank letter of guarantee and credit card. A 3% discount will apply on all noncredit card payments.
The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If he/she is unsure, he/she should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes."
A Massachusetts state sales tax of 6.25% will be applied to all purchases that require it unless a tax certificate is supplied.

Inspection Dates: Onsite inspections will be held Tuesday & Wednesday August 13th & 14th from 9 AM to 4 PM or contact auctioneers office for private showings.

Removal Dates: Items in the shop will be removed by Friday, August 23rd while the heaters & containers must be removed from the yard by 4 PM on September 15th.

The Telehandlers and loader will remain on the premises for loading purposes until September 15th and all usage will be subject to a fair and reasonable load out charge.
