TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon the receipt of a refundable $25,000.00 deposit by wire and the signing of an NDA, potential bidders will be allowed access to the patent information along with information via pictures and video of the applicator machine. If potential bidder chooses to participate in the auction (only those qualified will be allowed access to the Zoom auction) an additional $25,000.00 refundable deposit will be required by wire transfer before the sale. At the conclusion of the auction the successful bidder will be required to pay the balance within 30 days while the successful bidder makes arrangements for patent transfers and arrangements for the machine to be picked up. When final payment is processed all sale transfer documents for the physical and intellectual property assets will be delivered to the successful bidder.
