Terms: Payment accepted by cash, credit card, wire or certified check. 18% buyer premium on all purchases with a 3% discount for all cash, wire and certified payments. 6.25% MA State Sales Tax on Applicable Purchases. Inspection 10-3 on Monday, October 7, 2024. Removal Times: Wednesday and Thursday, October 9 and 10, 9AM - 4PM & Friday, October 11, 8:30AM - 3PM
