Terms of Sale: A deposit of $1,000,000.00 paid into escrow is required not later than March 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm to participate in the auction sale & additional deposit to an amount equal to 5% of gross purchase price of sale is due within 5 business days of sale & balance due within 30 days.
